it’s been a while since i posted something… i recently found a study that states that “jamaica (hibiscus flower drink)” reduces bad cholesterol up to 30%. this study tested individuals 30 to 60 with high levels of cholesterol. half of the people received cholesterol reducing pills, and the other half all natural jamaica (hibiscus) flower.
